Worksite Safety
Prescription ANSI Z87+ and OSHA Approved Safety Eyewear, Lens Replacements and Optician Services
4 Easy Steps to
Protect Your Worksite

Step 1
Program Setup and Design
Trial Program Setup. LensRx trial does not obligate your worksite to a contract or any commitment. We will EARN your worksite safety eyewear business with the quality and service of our program. Please complete the short form to describe your initial program requirements and benefit amount. We will design and implement your specifications on our web portal specifically to manage your Safety Eyewear Program. You can expect a follow up email with login instructions within 72 hours.

Step 2
Benefit Delivery
Once setup, Worksite issues Digital Payment Card for “patients”, “Veterans”, “service members”, “beneficiaries” and “employees” to acquire prescription safety eyewear needed to reduce visual impairments and protect against physical injuries from projectiles, chemicals, radiation, bloodborne pathogens and loss of life.

Step 3
Benefit Redemption
“Patients”, “Veterans”, “service members”, “beneficiaries” and “employees” use Digital Payment Card only to redeem approved prescription safety frames, as well as single vision, bifocal. trifocal, and progressive lenses, tints, coatings, lens replacements and optician services through LensRxLab 24/7/365 web portal.

They will need an eye exam if it has been over one year since their last exam, or they do not have their lens prescription and cannot get it from their eye doctor.
